Terms & Conditions

1.1The YK Service Club is a subscription-based maintenance plan operated by YK Worldwide Ltd trading as YK Services.

1.2Membership provides access to specified servicing and maintenance benefits in exchange for monthly payments.

1.3Membership benefits are only valid while payments remain up to date.

1.4Membership benefits are not transferable or refundable in monetary form.

2.1All memberships are subject to a minimum term of six (6) months.

2.2The annual service benefit becomes redeemable only after a minimum of six consecutive monthly payments have been received.

2.3If the membership is cancelled before six months, no service benefit will be provided and no refund will be issued.

3.1Payments are due monthly via standing order or agreed recurring payment method.

3.2It is the member's responsibility to ensure payments are made on time.

3.3Missed or failed payments will result in immediate suspension of membership benefits until payments are brought up to date.

3.4YK Services reserves the right to cancel membership if payments are more than 30 days overdue.

4.1Membership includes only the services specifically listed within the chosen tier at the time of sign-up.

4.2Oil grade and service parts will be selected at the discretion of YK Services in accordance with manufacturer specification.

4.3Membership services do not include additional repairs, parts, or consumables unless specifically stated.

4.4Any additional work required outside the scope of the membership will be quoted separately.

5.1All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

5.2Priority booking applies but does not guarantee same-day appointments.

5.3Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice may result in loss of that appointment and potential suspension of benefits.

6.1Membership applies to one registered vehicle only.

6.2The membership is non-transferable between vehicles unless agreed in writing.

6.3YK Services reserves the right to decline service if the vehicle presents safety concerns or requires repairs beyond the membership scope.

7.1Labour discounts apply only to labour charges and do not apply to parts unless otherwise stated.

7.2Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

8.1After the initial six-month minimum term, membership may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

8.2No refunds will be provided for partial months.

8.3If cancellation occurs after service has been redeemed within a 12-month period, YK Services reserves the right to invoice the difference between membership payments made and standard service cost.

(This protects the Company from a member paying 6 months, using the service, then cancelling immediately.)

9.1Membership does not constitute an extended warranty.

9.2YK Services shall not be liable for pre-existing mechanical faults or manufacturer defects.

9.3All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with UK consumer law.
